Who is responsible

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company (if you add it) and your message.

If you contact me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive whatever you send there. Those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and run our engagement. The legal basis is your request and our pre-contractual communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

I don't sell your data, and I don't add you to newsletters without asking.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form messages are stored securely with my hosting provider in the EU/EEA or with providers that offer GDPR-compliant safeguards.

I keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Then contract records are kept as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may record basic, anonymous technical data (such as page visits) to keep the site secure and running.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to me at the email above and I'll reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
